Introduction

The Pathway of Harmony and Balance - Attracting Your Good is the twentieth pathway. Living in harmony with all of life means we remember our place in the Universe. We were created by the Divine Spirit to be here and now in this place. Be at peace and in gratitude for where you are right now. Honor your place in Nature and spend some time every day outdoors breathing in the beauty of the Divine to keep your spiritual balance.

Living in balance means you take time every day to honor heart, mind, and spirit, not spending all of your time focusing on just one part. You already know what you need to do to be in balance in your life – just be mindful to take care of yourself. And if you find yourself out of balance, take the time to bring yourself back to your balance point.

When we are living in harmony and balance, we feel better physically, our mental health is good, and our emotions are quiet and productive. Our spiritual practices help us maintain this state of harmony and balance and when we go to our Center of Peace, we become receptive to insights and wisdom. Life goes smoothly and we can now attract our Good.

The Law of Attraction is an important spiritual practice on the Pathways of Spirituality. In its simplest form, the Law of Attraction states – what you focus on comes to you. We are born to be co-creators, and we are responsible for creating our lives. What we focus on today, becomes our reality tomorrow.

To attract your Good, focus on the good things you want in your life and keep yourself uplifted to the vibration of Good. Every thought, word, and deed is filled with energy and vibrates with energy. When we lift ourselves into the vibration of Good, our vibration attracts other vibrations of Good and the Good moves towards us. We simply open our hearts and minds to receive it. This also works with other positive desires you have for your life.

Prayer for Attracting Your Good

Most Holy Spirit, we are so grateful for the balance and harmony that we have in our lives. From your grace in this place, may we call in all the Good that is ours to claim. We know that everything you created was Good and we affirm that Good is now ours and in return we send this Good out into the world. And so, it is. Pau.

Affirmation: Attracting Your Good

I am a being of harmony and balance. From this creative space I raise my vibration to Good and affirm that my Good is here now in my life. I use this Good for Peace and Love.

Meditation

In your quiet place, close your eyes and breathe in Light and breathe out Love. From your Center of Peace, feel gratitude for all your blessings as your Heart opens to the positive energy around you. Bask in that positive energy and anchor this feeling into your physical body. This is the feeling of Good in your life. Whenever you feel this sensation of positive energy in your life, you know your Good is present. Stay in this place of gratitude, blessings, and Good for as long as you like. Take a few more deep breaths and return to the present moment and know that your Good is here now.

Spiritual Practices

Week 1 - Step 1 of the Law of Attraction: Your Desires. Reflect on what feels Good in your life now. Make a list of ten things you are grateful for; ten things you enjoy doing; and ten things you desire to come into your life. Select one item from your desire list and focus on what that will feel like when you receive it. Go over your lists every day this week.

Week 2 - Step 2 of the Law of Attraction: Your Beliefs. Find a quiet place and bring to mind the top item on your list of desires. Dialogue with your Inner Self to see if he/she is agreeable to your receiving the desire. Listen carefully and if there is any hesitation, have a further dialogue until your Inner Self agrees. Write down an affirmation stating that your Good desire is already in your life. Use only positive words in the present tense to write your affirmation.

Week 3 - Step 3 of the Law of Attraction: Using Your Imagination. When your Mind and Heart have agreed on attracting your number one desire, ask your Inner Self to help you visualize how that will feel to receive your desire. Picture yourself enjoying your desire and feeling wonderful. Imagine the same picture every day this week and feel the same wonderful feeling.

Week 4 - Step 4 of the Law of Attraction: Receiving and Being Grateful. Be mindful of all indications that your Good desire is coming to you. Pay attention to the tiny bits of Good that will come every day. Be open to receiving your Good and be grateful when it comes. Write down in your Gratitude Journal all that you have received and say a sincere prayer of gratitude.

Extra Spiritual Practice - Sacred Number Attraction. Write down your affirmation according to the following directions: 3 times in the morning; 6 times in the afternoon; and 9 times in the evening. Do this for 27 days. The numbers 3, 6, and 9 are sacred numbers of manifestation.
You can also choose the 777 rule: Write down your affirmation 7 times in the morning and 7 times in the evening for 7 days.
