Meditation #1 (Opening Your Heart): Sit quietly for a few minutes allowing your thought to slow and become quiet. Then allow your emotions to calm and drift away on your breath. When you are completely serene, imagine your heart opening and expanding to receive Love from the Divine Heart of the Universe. Let your heart be filled with Divine Love until all you feel is the Oneness of that Love. When you finish your meditation know that Oneness is always with you and be grateful.

Meditation #2 (Message from Nature): In the Celtic spirituality, all of nature is a messenger from the Divine. In this meditation, begin your reflection by remembering your favorite tree. Reflect on your special tree and listen deeply for the message it has for you. You will hear or feel that message meant only for you. Thank your tree before you end your meditation and bring that message, that insight into your daily life.
