Meditation #1: From your Center of Peace bring to your heart the feeling of being blessed. As the feeling arises within you, smile and be grateful. Repeat this meditation three times a day, upon arising, at noon, and just before you fall asleep.

Meditation #2: Breathe deeply until you are in a state of peace. Visualize a green shamrock in your hand. Look carefully at the leaves and notice they are perfectly formed and growing from a single stem. Each leaf of the shamrock represents your three selves. Honor your heart self, your mind self, and your spiritual self and realize they are growing perfectly on the stem of your divine nature.
